- Create a folder in Google Drive named: Ex: Your Full Name – Volunteer 2025.
- Put all the following in the folder:
- Educational certificates (Optional)
- CV/Resume (Optional)
- PPT size photo (Recommended)
- NIC front/back (Optional)
- Other, If any
- Right-click folder → Share → “Anyone with the link” → Set to Viewer.
- Copy that link and paste it in your registration form.
- Do NOT share individual file links. Use a single folder.
